did i eat alright for being on a diet
this morning l drank some coffee. then, later l had some raisins &
some pretzles w/ peanut butter in them. then, l had a little bit of
salad & some baked ziti w/ water. & then l ate a pear & a ton of all
natural apple cinnamon granola w/ water, i also did some walking
on the tred mill, & an ab work out. did l eat too much or not enough
today? i'm trying to lose weight. & also will l gain weight from all this... even if l did eat a lottt of granola?
granola has a lottt of calories, carbs and sugar.
pretzels on a diet???
not enough fruit and veggies.
where is protein???
for weight loss - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50 min
never go lower than 1400 cal a day (body needs 50cal/hour just for bodily
functions - thats 1200cal/day)
YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH! You need to eat more than just
snacks, you should know this. You must have a pretty jacked up scale if it
is saying you are gaining weight from the snacks you are eating. Yea, you
are eating some healthy food, but those foods are just energy boosters!
You need calcium, protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, a little fat, & natural
sugars plus much much more [look into it]! You also need calories [about
2,000 per day] because ur body needs to burn off calories in order to work properly. Only have those snacks when you need some energy. Other energy boosters are: animal crackers, bread, spaghetti. Basically all things with a ton of carbohydrates [carbs]. =]
I really think you know the answer here. You need to have three
balanced meals per day to be healthy. Just having snacks like fruit and
granola isn't going to be the most healthy option.

How much is ''some'' of the foods you ate? How much is ''some'' of the
walking you did?
Offhand, it doesn't sound like you ate very well.
