then, later l had some raisins &

some pretzles w/ peanut butter in them.
then, l had a little bit of

You need calcium, protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, a little fat, & natural

sugars plus much much more [look into it]! You also need calories [about  
2,000 per day] because ur body needs to burn off calories in order to work  
properly. Only have those snacks when you need some energy. Other energy  
boosters are: animal crackers, bread, spaghetti. Basically all things with
