Why do I have such problems sleeping
For 2 weeks i've only been able to sleep at most 2-3 hours a night- I am
tired all the time but when l try to sleep l just can not, my bed is very
comfortable so that is not the problem- someone suggested more exercise so
I've been doing 30 Min is on tread mill each evening - l do not eat after 6
and have stopped taking coffee after 2 - I am currently working full time
and studying for my degree at night so like I am pretty active either
physically or mentally most of the time... any suggestions other than sleeping tablets would be fantastic
I also have problems sleeping have tried most things but nytol
tablets work (not the herbal ones) they are not Habit forming and a packet
lasts a long time I find after a few nights good sleep your pattern comes
back, I don't think it is depression (only my opinion) more like your
brain cannot shut down from all the work. I also made a cd up of very
relaxing music(not relaxation music)just ones I like and find that
sometimes helps to drift of . good luck
Just a suggestion, but you may suffer from sleep apnea. It is
quite common and the symptoms that you describe are very similar to sleep
apnea.
a friend of mine says that when she cant sleep she gets up and
makes a drink then watches some telly and that makes her tired . instead
of just lying in bed hoping to drop of.. hope you find something that
works for you its horrible when your tired and cant sleep, good luck .
That is worring as it could be the inset of depression. Are you
stressed out at all or got unresolved problems? It would be wise to see
your GP soon as.
you are doing too much you are probably running on adrenaline,
try relaxing ffs.
