l have always worked out (for the past 15 years) and l consider myself in
Dipsy
good shape.Im 30 years old.l now walk on the tread mill 4 days a week for

about an hour and a half during each session.l walk about 4.2 miles per

hour and at an incline of 2.0.l used to run for the same length of time

seat.Will my workout regimen interfere with me trying to conceive?Am l
walking for too long?l really would like to continue some type of cardio
fitness while trying to conceive.l am in good health and have good blood
pressure (110/70).l do not smoke and do not drink coffee.l do drink ice
tea.Any advice?

every second day at 3 miles perhour, incline seems fine. that is just what

my friend did when she did conceive, she slowed down even more after
getting lil bit of bleeding during pg on doc is orders & the day she had
bub (The day bub was born) she went running around the hospital at full
speed like she used to do pre-pg lol, much to the other new mum is disgust
that she had that determination & energy just after having bub lol. hope

no, it is good that you work out. you would be less likely to

get pregnant if you didint. get a home fertility test and find out your
